In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on www.JustThinkGifts.co.uk, we reserve the right to pause the transaction. The customer will be informed by email or a telephone call of the correct price of the item(s) ordered and given the option to either continue with their order if they so desire, or to obtain a full refund for the total amount originally paid for the particular items.

All transactions will be processed by SagePay, which authorises a secure online payment system through

Card and transaction information is not kept by JustThinkGifts.co.uk and consequently will not be shared or disclosed and will only be used to process orders.
Credit and Debit card payments can be made online or over the phone using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Returns Policy - Wrong, Faulty, Damaged or Missing Goods
If a gift is found to be missing, wrong, faulty or damaged upon receipt JustThinkGifts.co.uk must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by phone, so we can either arrange a convenient collection of the wrong/damaged/faulty goods or ask you to send the goods back via first class post (please note: we are unable to refund special delivery costs). Once the items have been received back to our depot (at the above address), we will replace the wrong, damaged or faulty item for new ones within 2-3 working days stock permitting. if you no longer require the item at this point, we will happily refund the cost of the gift (excluding any original or special delivery charges)
Damaged, wrong or faulty goods brought to our attention after this 24 hour time period will remain charged for. If goods are found to be missing this must also be reported within 24 hours, so that the matter can be looked into and a replacement sent at the management's discretion.
Please Note: If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we may ask you to send the item(s) back to us, before we can send any replacements out. Should you require a gift sooner than you are able to send the incorrect gift back to us, we will take a re-payment for the full amount of the gift, which will be refunded upon receipt of the incorrect item back to our premises.

Delivery Information
Where Does JustThinkGifts.co.uk Deliver and How Much Does It Cost?
www.JustThinkGifts.co.uk currently only delivers gifts FREE nationally to all mainland addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. By accepting these terms and conditions you realise that the FREE DELIVERY only covers Monday-Friday deliveries to mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland addresses. Unless the item is shipped via Royal Mail in which case Saturday delivery maybe applicable.
Items weighing less than 2kg will also be delivered to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for FREE. However, should you require an item that weighs more than 2kg, delivery may incur an additional charge. If this turns out to be the case, a member of staff will contact you by telephone within 48 working hours to take the extra payment. Please Note: inputting an overseas delivery address may delay delivery.

Delivery Times
www.JustThinkGiftsco.uk offers a fast and free UK delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible in relation to the items requested.
Normally gifts are delivered within 2-7 working days from receipt of payment (with the exception of queried items), so gifts to be delivered in the UK should be received within 7 working days. If this appears not to be the case, you agree to contact JustThinkGifts via phone on 01775 640352 and email enquiries@justthinkgifts.co.uk in order chase the order up, or to re-arrange delivery, which may incur, should it be found that delivery has already been attempted, a re-delivery charge of between £3.50 and £10 depending upon the weight of the items ordered. Should you not contact JustThinkGifts on the 7th working day or before by phone or email, personalised goods will remain charged for.
Orders over the value of £500 may take slightly longer than 7 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch on + 44 (0)1775 640352 for more specific delivery times of larger orders, as we are able to work to deadlines!
UK Delivery Charges
Delivery to UK based addresses is FREE on our standard 2-7 working day service. However if you require your gift to be delivered sooner than 7 working days, a £5 delivery charge will be required - please call our office on 01775 640352 BEFORE placing your order to find out how.
Interlink Express Delivery
All deliveries require a signature, where the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery the courier will try and deliver again. Should there be no-one to collect the parcel on the second attempt, the parcel will be sent back to the local Interlink Express depot, kept for 3 working days and then will subsequently be sent back to JustThinkGifts.co.uk. Should you require the gift to be re-delivered, re-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge of between £3.50 and £10 depending on the weight of the item (which will be advised by JustThinkGifts) to be paid before the goods are sent back out. Should you no longer require the goods at this point, we will be happy to refund the cost of the goods once we receive them back in their original condition.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Royal Mail requires a signature to confirm receipt of packages. If no-one is in when an attempted delivery is made, a note will be left advising the recipient to collect the parcel from their local Royal Mail Depot or Post Office. Should the parcel not be collected and signed for within 5 days of the note being left, any packages will be returned to JustThinkGifts by the Royal Mail. Re-delivery will incur a delivery charge of between £3.50 and £10 at the management's discretion depending upon the weight of the item, to be paid before the goods are re-delivered. Should you no longer require the goods at this stage, personalised goods will remain charged for, although we will refund the original value paid for non-personalised goods minus a £3 administration fee.

JustThinkGifts.co.uk operates a refund policy at the discretion of the management team.

Force Majeure
JustThinkGifts.co.uk promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, JustThinkGifts.co.uk shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
Privacy Policy
JustThinkGifts collects the information submitted by the customer at the time of order not only to process the customer's purchase, but also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We use all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. JustThinkGifts will only email marketing material with prior consent from the customer. If the customer does not wish to receive any promotional material they have the option to un-check the relevant box when leaving details. We do NOT pass on details to third parties.
